These terms have been prepared in Bengali and the Bengali text shall be considered authoritative. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the interpretation of the Bengali text shall be final.
Account Registration
To open an account on tk999, the user must provide accurate and complete information. The platform reserves the right to cancel at any time any account created with false or incomplete information.
- Each individual may create only one account. Multiple accounts by the same person are prohibited.
- The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be active and personal.
- To change account details, a request must be submitted through the platform's designated process.
- Each user is responsible for keeping their account login credentials (username and password) confidential.
2.1 Account Security
The user is solely responsible for ensuring the security of their account. If a user shares their login credentials with someone else and a financial loss occurs as a result, tk999 is not liable for that loss. If unauthorized access is suspected, the support team must be contacted immediately.
Age Verification and Identity
At any stage of registration or at the time of a withdrawal request, tk999 may ask for a government-issued ID (National ID card, passport or driving licence) and proof of address to verify the user's identity. Failure to provide this information may mean the account verification is not completed and transactions may be held.

3.1 KYC Process
The platform conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification when required. Additional documents may be requested during this process to confirm the source of financial transactions. If the user does not cooperate, the relevant account activities may be temporarily suspended.
Deposits and Withdrawals
For deposits and withdrawals on tk999, the following mobile banking and banking services available in Bangladesh can be used: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other scheduled banks).
4.1 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
4.2 Transaction Terms
For withdrawals, the payment method used must be in the name of the same person registered on the account. Transactions through third parties are not accepted. Once a deposit is made it cannot be cancelled, but if there is a delay in the balance appearing in the account, the support team can be informed.
Bonuses and Promotions
tk999 offers new members a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount.
For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Before the bonus amount can be withdrawn, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be placed.
5.1 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has a specific usage period, which will be stated in the offer details.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
- Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being cancelled.
- Certain games or betting categories may be excluded when using a bonus — this will be made clear in the terms of the specific offer.
- VIP weekly cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week. Example: a Gold member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.
5.2 Promotional Changes
tk999 reserves the right to change the terms of or discontinue any ongoing offer or bonus. Such changes will be announced on the platform before taking effect.
Gaming Rules
All games available on tk999 are operated by third-party software studios (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe). The outcome of each game is determined by the relevant studio's Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
If a user believes the result of a game is uncertain due to a technical error, they must notify the support team without completing that hand or round. If an incorrect payment is made due to a technical error, tk999 reserves the right to recover the excess amount.
6.1 Betting Limits
A minimum and maximum bet amount is set for each game or betting category. It is not possible to place a bet exceeding these limits. Higher limits may apply for VIP members.
6.2 Disconnection
If a game or bet is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection, the result of that round will be determined according to the technical logs when the system reconnects. tk999 is not responsible for the user's network issues.
Prohibited Activities
The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on tk999. Involvement in such activities may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of balance:
- Any form of fraud, deception or system manipulation.
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to operate games.
- Running multiple accounts by the same person or group.
- Deliberately placing low-risk bets to take advantage of bonuses (bonus abuse).
- Any activity connected to money laundering or illegal transactions.
- Any attempt to breach the platform's security systems.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
Account Suspension and Closure
tk999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, particularly if:
- Any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
- Fraud is suspected or inconsistencies are found during the verification process.
- A court or government authority issues a directive.
- The user themselves requests account closure.
If an account is closed, the matter of any balance will be reviewed after verification is complete. If no breach is proven, the return of the relevant balance will be considered.
8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
If a user wishes to close their account voluntarily, they can inform the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Any withdrawable balance should be withdrawn before making the request, as the process may become more complicated after the account is closed.
Limitation of Liability
tk999 strives to provide its services to the highest standard. However, the platform does not accept liability in the following cases:
- Loss caused by issues with the user's own device or internet connection.
- Service unavailability during unexpected technical outages or server maintenance.
- Delays or issues with third-party payment systems.
- Uncontrollable circumstances such as natural disasters, war or government directives.
In the event of any dispute, an attempt must first be made to resolve it by contacting the support team. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct discussion, the relevant process will be followed.
